On Tuesday, September 26th, 2023, a workshop "Frontiers of semiconductor device simulations: first-principles - machine learning - quantum computing" will be organized in conjunction with SISPAD2023. The workshop venue is Ariston Hotel Kobe 16F " Barcelona". (Ariston Hotel Kobe is in the same building as Kobe Chamber of Commerce and Industry - the SISPAD 2023 conference venue. )
